In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as Sinexe Antisinek, in the capacity of data controller, we may process, record, store, classify, update and disclose/transfer your personal data to third parties in cases permitted by legislation within the scope of the purposes explained below; in a manner consistent with the law and honesty rules.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data (Name, Surname, Phone, E-mail, etc.) is processed for the necessary studies to be carried out by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company, and to ensure the legal, technical and commercial-business security of the relevant persons who are in a business relationship with our company.
3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected orally, in writing or electronically via our website, contact forms, social media channels and similar tools. This data is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
